The Queen of Egypt is barren and the Pharaoh needs an heir. In a desperate attempt to save her reputation, the queen goes into the desert with her maidservant to perform a fertility ritual, and with a little help from the gods, become pregnant.

Unfortunately the gods make a mistake and the maid becomes pregnant.
